      HOW WE WORK

      To build a tiny home, first design to fit your needs and budget – size, layout, materials, and features

      After finalizing plans, construction starts with framing using wood or steel, followed by adding walls, roof, wiring, plumbing, and insulation.

      After finishing the structure, add interior/exterior finishes: flooring, cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, appliances, siding, roofing, and other details to match your design.

      After completion, transport the tiny home to its final location with special permits and equipment, if needed.

      Prepare the site by leveling the ground, pouring a foundation, or connecting utilities, then install the tiny home onto the foundation or supports with level and secure installation.

      Perform final touches after installation, including connecting utilities, installing fixtures, and adding finishing touches, ensuring the tiny home is functional and meets your expectations.
